Dhanush, who was present at his VIP 2’s grand audio launch this evening has spilt some beans on the possibilities of a sequel to his directorial venture Pa Paandi, which was well received by the audiences.
The actor who directed the feel good entertainer Pa Paandi, says that he will definitely do Pa Paandi 2. He has apparently written the script and has spoken to actor Rajkiran about it. However, he has also stated that he is in a dilemma whether to do Pa Paandi 2 as his next film or after doing a fresh film.
Dhanush says that, he doesn’t want to do back to back films of the same theme and genre but will definitely do Pa Paandi 2 soon.
There has been a wide speculation that Dhanush will be playing an extended cameo in Rajinikanth's Kaala, directed by Pa. Ranjith.
The talented actor responded to this question and cleared the air, during the media interaction at VIP 2 audio launch yesterday in Mumbai. He told, "I would love to act, but I seriously do not know anything about it. Yes agreed that I am the producer of the film, but I haven't asked Ranjith.
If it happens, I will be more than happy, as it is a privilege and an honour to act in Superstar's movie. I also know to imitate him slightly, so it would be great, but let's see."
