AR MURUGADOSS MAKES A BREAKING STATEMENT ON THUPPAKKI 2

Does AR Murugadoss have plans to direct Vijay for a sequel of Thuppakki or Kaththi? This was the question asked to him during a recent interaction with Behindwoods. Know what the director replied?

"There are definite chances for sequels for Kaththi and Thuppakki. In fact, both the film's climax had a lead for a sequel but you need to find a spark to make a film. We cannot make a sequel just for the sake of it. When the previous films were big blockbusters and you wish to do a sequel to a film like that, the story should be even better than the original. 

When it comes to a sequel, there is a limitation that you need to think within the set of characters we used in the previous film. I am a bit scared to think of a story with such limitations. But still, I have an idea to make Thuppakki 2 alone.
