Dubbing artistes are an unheralded lot in the film industry. They are the ones who give life to the characters on screen with their voice, intonation, enunciation, pronunciation, and modulation, matching the expressions of the actor on screen. More so for the numerous non-Tamil speaking heroines, the dubbing artiste's job is paramount and very crucial.
Raveena Ravi is one such young dubbing artiste who has been the voice of many leading heroines like Samantha (Kaththi), Amala Paul (Nimirndhu Nil and Bhaskar Oru Rascal), Amy Jackson (I and Theri), Sridivya (Jeeva and Eetti), Kajal Aggarwal (Paayum Puli), and Amyra Dastur (Anegan) to name a few.\
Raveena’s work for Amy Jackson in I was much appreciated and the young beautiful girl has also dubbed for Amy Jackon in 2.0 as well. She took to her Twitter space to share a few words about working in this big-budget film - "#2point0 from 29th! My voice for @iamAmyJackson in #tamil and #telugu π Happy to be a part of @shankarshanmugh sir’s movie again! @LycaProductions π Annnnndddd #Thalaivar padathla pesitom laπ€π»π ! @rajinikanth πππ» (pic taken during dub)."
