When asked to choose one of these actors (heroes who have not worked with Shankar in the past) to act as the villain in your film, who would it be? The options given to Shankar were Vijay Sethupathi, Suriya and Ajith - Know what is his reply was?

Shankar - "Vijay Sethupathi, I like his acting so much, he is doing it so well and his consistency rate is so amazing. Film after film, he is coming out with enjoyable contents. I recently watched 96, he did a brilliant job."

When asked about who is his favorite villain character that he designed? Whether it is Aranganathar (Mudhalvan), Kasimedu Adhi (Sivaji) or Chitti (Enthiran)? he said:

"It is Chitti, if you ask me to name one action-packed villain, I would say Chitti, but I also like Aranganathar, who is very soft and subtle and keeps everything to himself and still gives a tough fight to the hero."
