Are you scared of quitting simply because you don't know how to deal with your boss and most importantly the HR? Don't worry, a solution is available.
Yuichiro Okazaki and his childhood friend, Toshiyuki Niino are both co-founders of a Japanese start-up. Their company offers a unique service to its clients called 'Exit'.
'Exit' helps submit a resignation to employers on behalf of employees. it mediates the client's intention to resign from an organisation, in return for a fee.
Started last year, the start-up, called Senshi S LLC, charges their clients a sum of Rs. 32,000 for this service. And if you are a part-time employee, you'll be charged Rs. 26,000. They also offer a discount of Rs. 6,500 if you are a regular customer.
"Quitting jobs can be a soul-crushing hassle. We're here to provide a sense of relief by taking on that burden," one of the co-founders told Japan Times.
In just over a year, 'Exit' has mediated the resignation process of close to 800 people. The service takes care of the massive load of paperwork involved. They also saved clients from their bosses trying to talk them out of resignation.
