OMG! What? This player woke up 2 minutes before the game, still wins it?

Anthony McGill has revealed an incident that looks like it is straight out of a movie. He said how he almost missed the China Open qualifying match. The player woke up at night and practised for two hours and then went back to bed at 7 am.

The match was scheduled to start at 2.30 pm. A call from the tournament director to ask about his whereabouts woke him up. He woke up at 2.28 pm and got dressed in 60 seconds and rushed to the venue. He hasn't showered or brushed or didn't even tie his shoes. He arrived a little late to the venue but still, he managed to win.

McGill reached for his snooker match against Nigel Bond a bit late and was docked a frame for it. Straight out of sleep and even before the match had started, he found himself trailing 1-0. However, McGill compiled a break of 77 to level the proceedings at 1-1. He then fell behind once again at 3-1 but made impressive breaks of 133, 100, 86 and 61 and registered a 6-4 victory.
