We will never get what we want if we don't change what we do. So, to see a difference, make small, small changes in life. Every time you sit for over 1 hour, get up and stretch your joints and back. Take stairs up to 2 floors but make sure to walk carefully. Every time you go to the restroom, try to do simple 5 set squats or warm-ups. Walk that short distance, meet the delivery man at the main gate instead of having him deliver at your door. Don't push yourself too much but try to be more physically active without working out or in times you are usually idle.
