Earlier, Actor Suriya had unveiled the teaser of the Tollywood star's film, congratulated the team and conveyed his wishes to Producer Vishnu Manchu. He wrote, "Proudly Presenting #SonofIndiaTeaser with immense respect to "Collection King" @themohanbabu sir ‘In & As’ #SonofIndia." The movie has a political theme and the story is inspired from true events.

Directed by Diamond Ratna Babu, 'Son of India' also stars Srikanth, Pragya Jaiswal, Tanikella Bharani, Ali, Vennela Kishore, Prudhvi Raj, Raghu Babu, Raja Ravindra and Ravi Prakash. The movie is bankrolled by Vishnu Manchu under the banner of Sree Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures and 24 Frames Factory.
