Baahubali: The Beginning released in 2015 and proved to be one of the biggest hits ever produced. The worldwide reach of the film was massive, and it was the perfect build up for another film from the franchise, Baahubali: The Conclusion aka Baahubali 2.

When they announced that Baahubali 2 would be releasing on the 28th of April, the excitement levels rocketed into space. Karan Johar, the distributor of the film in Hindi, had given out a stupendous announcement that the first part will be re-released. He added, ''This April we will witness the biggest movie event ever. Baahubali 2 will be bigger and grander, and when a movie continues to be topical for two years, you know people love every bit of it! Both, exhibitors and film lovers, have approached us to make 'Baahubali' a binge-watching experience. So, the first part will be re-released in select theaters on April 7.''

The enthusiasm and anticipation from the fans are at an all-time high and it is non-variable at this moment, and we need to wait and see if the Tamil and Telugu distributors also take up this initiative!
