A western style title track for TPTK by composer Ashwath. The vocals have been delivered by Deepak, Aparna and Divya. All the singers sound pure and positive and the rap portion is brief.  Lyrics by Sudhar are apt for the heist genre. There is use of guitars, strings and drums. But there is a touch of carnatic and electronic music blended in the latter half that has also been used. Overall a nice title track.

Marmamaai
Singer: Balram Iyer & Shashaa Tirupati

Maramaai is a slow paced melody that is dominated by violins and strings. Shashaa Tirupati’s nectar like voice is apt for the melody and Balram Iyer supports the song well too. There is also a use of Ghatam and instruments like Sitar are also detected. A simple, hummable tune that is also quite catchy. A carnatic based melody composed well by Ashwath.

Run Outtu Hit Outtu

Run Outtu Hit Outtu has been sung by director Venkat Prabhu and Premji Amaren. It is a pacy folk based western number that was released as a single. Percussions, trumpets and the IPL music all make it lively.  The song seems to be a situation based track and the background score for this folk number is impressive though not something very new. Venkat Prabhu and Premji shine as the energetic singers and it is a fun number that can be termed as a positive sounding number. There is the use of cricket commentary amidst the number too.

TPTK Mishmash Theme
Singer: Babu, woodwinds - Vijaygopal

The TPTK Mishmash theme has superior sound mixing and is both engrossing as well as carries the eerie mood here and there. Woodwinds by Vijaygopal are commendable and the theme is attractive. Looks like it would work for some stealthy and mass scenes. The fade away at the end is also impressive.

Thaakkura

The finale number Thaakkura, has been built keeping in mind the mishmash theme. Sung by the talented Naresh Iyer along with Divya, the vocals have enough to offer. The tune is fairly good and the beats do not follow a monotonous tune, making it a little unpredictable for the listener. The folk mix in the middle is nice and the overall song gives the listener a decent experience.
