An 8-month-old infant was raped by her cousin on January 28. The baby’s mother use to leave her with her sister-in-law and go to work. When the incident happened, her sister-in-law was not at home knowing which her son forced himself on the infant. He reportedly admitted to committing the crime and said that he was under the influence of alcohol. He has been arrested.
