E, an orphan lives in slums and goes to any length for a decent sum of money. However, life takes a turn for the worse when he gets entrapped in Dr Ramakrishnan's evil plans -  whose hidden agenda is to make use of people in the area as guinea pigs to test his new but potentially lethal medicines.
