This youngster straightaway grabbed my attention the moment I heard his track, he is a product of Ar Rahman’s KMMC and its quite evident in so many fragments of the track. He has sung and composed this track which sounds initially like something out of Yuvan’s repertoire , especially the singing style, but the boy simply excels in his overall vocals and when the instrumental arrangements are on display, you know he’s one for the future. Chris Jason on the guitars is simply splendid. The interlude is such a drastic but wonderful shift, with the tabla and Edwins Dad, Maria Louis’ violin making a brief sojourn. The charanam is a mini version and doesn’t have too many variations, but the composer makes up for all that in the second interlude with a brilliant and heart-warming violin solo.
