PLAYBACK SINGERS
Akon, the pop and R&B sensation Akon teamed up with Simbu for his single, Love Anthem. Akon stayed in Chennai for two days and recorded for the single.
Natalie di Luccio is the Italian voice behind A.R.Rahman’s Aila Aila for the movie I. She has also sung for the movie Zero.
Cricketing sensation Bravo's rendition for the song Yenda in the film Ula was a sixer.
CINEMATOGRAPHERS
Mark Knonickx is the Belgian cinematographer who handled the camera work for Maryan. His work received acclaim for capturing the contrasting backdrops of south Indian seas and African deserts.
Dan MacArthur, having handled the camera work for Yennai Arindhal was praised for bringing a Hollywood touch to the film. He is also working in GVM’s next with Dhanush, Ennai Nokki Paayum Thottaa.
ACTION CHOREOGRAPHERS
Lee Whitakker is the Hollywood stunt co ordinator famous for movies such as Fast Five has worked in Tamil films such as Vishwaroopam, Aarambam and Endrathukulla among others. He is known for his work in the acclaimed bilingual Baahubali.
Tony Leung Siu Hung is a stunt director from Hong Kong who is known for his work in movies such as IP Man. He has worked for Mysskin's Mugamoodi and Pisasu as a stunt co ordinator.
Sang Lin is the Hollywood stunt choreographer who has worked in films such as Transporter. He choreographed the actions sequence in Vijay Puli.
COSTUME
Mary E.Vogt was the costume designer for Hollywood biggies such as Batman Begins and Men In Black. She was roped in for Shankar’s Enthiran, and I. She is also working for 2.0 .
