Anita Venkat’s sultry vocals are quite enjoyable to hear for its freshness. The rhythm slowly progresses to be more fun-filled and entertaining. The interludes are adept with feel good strings and melodious chord progression. However,the song lacks experimentation or vigor which is so important for such genres.

The finale strikes in grace with an impressive fusion song which has folk lead vocals and modern electric guitars. The first interlude’s electric guitar solo is quite brilliant and has the flavors of Hindustani Raag Jog in effervescent style. The song has a beautiful presentation which gives the “old meets new” flavor in great conviction. Watch out for the timely ticks of the electric guitar now and then which garnish the song in perfect vigor.
