''50% DIP IN BAIRAVAA''

The Jallikattu protests have taken center stage in Tamil Nadu in the past few days. Everyday life in Chennai has been affected majorly. We tried to take the statistics from theatre owners as to how much this has affected the films.

We spoke to Mr.Ruben, the proprietor of GK Cinemas, Porur and he said, ‘’The events surrounding the Jallikattu issue has definitely taken a toll on the theatres. There has been a 50% dip in Bairavaa’s collectons. It has affected the morning and noon shows but the evening shows have performed better’’
