As we all know, the central government has removed Pongal off their National holidays list and this has caused a major rage in Tamil Nadu, as it is one of the most important Tamil festivals celebrated in a grand manner.

Following this move by the central government, many politicians and celebrities have reacted against it. One such celebrity is producer CV Kumar. He has taken it to his Twitter account and has said, ''Try to Understand India is the union of 29 states & 7 union teriteries with 16 official language & several culture and beliefs. It's not a single state with single national language and one culture Respecting other's language and culture is bonding us single state''
