"WILL YOU ACT IN MANKATHA 2?" - VENKAT PRABHU OFFERS ROLE TO THIS DEBUTANT HERO - FANS SUPER DUPER EXCITED!

Although there were a lot of speculations on making a sequel for the superhit movie, the idea never took form and was released officially. Recently Venkat Prabhu replied to Harbhajan Singh who thanked him for releasing his debut movie 'Friendship' trailer that stars Arjun, Losliya and Sathish in lead roles. Giving his signature reply in Tamil, he pulled Director Venkat Prabhu's leg by asking him a fan-favourite question. "Thank you so much Venkat Prabhu ji. If you make 'Mankatha part 2', let Thala know that I sent my regards," he said.

Replying to this, Venkat Prabhu tweeted in Punjabi and sent an open invite for Harbhajan Singh to act in 'Mankatha 2' with Ajith. He also mentioned that he was a big fan of the former Indian cricketer.

'Mankatha', which is regarded as one of the Thala Ajith's best performances till date, boasts of an ensemble cast that included actors Arjun, Premgi, Vaibhav, Trisha, Raai Laxmi, Mahat, Ashwin Kakumanu and Anjali. Meanwhike, Ajith's much-awaited movie 'Valimai', directed by H Vinoth recently wrapped up shooting and is expected to be released this year. On the other hand, Venkat Prabhu has Silambarasan TR's 'Maanaadu' up for release soon.
