The second shooting schedule of Silambarasan's next titled 'Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu' directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon started yesterday (August 27) and Actor Simbu shared a picture from the sets and said, "Always remember, there's a bright shining light even after the darkest nights. Thank you GOD."
The first look poster which was recently released garnered immense praise from fans and critics alike. Simbu was seen in burn marks, holding a stick in his hand while standing amidst what looked like a burnt forest or land. Simbu reportedly had to shed a lot of weight to get into the skin of the role. The second look poster of the movie has now been released and it shows a concerned-looking Simbu sitting amidst a few people in a dim-lit room.
Gautham Vasudev Menon took to Twitter to share the poster and called Simbu a "brilliant actor". He also said that it is good to be filming with him and a bunch of of superb technicians. The post has gone viral on social media.
