Anchor VJ Ramya who was seen playing an important role in Mani Ratnam’s OK Kanmani might make her Mollywood debut soon. She is apparently in talks to play an important role in Rosshan Andrews' next Malayalam film, the director of Jyothika’s 36 Vayadhinile. Ramya recently had a meeting with the renowned director in Kochi, regarding her big ticket to Mollywood.
When Behindwoods spoke to the pretty VJ, she said “It was just a casual meet, Rosshan had planned to cast me in the current film that he is working on, so he wanted to meet me in person and see how I would fit in. But after the meeting he felt he could give me a bigger role in his next venture which he is planning to start immediately after completing the current one. Rosshan is someone who gives importance to women in his films. Unless I sign the dotted line, it would not be correct to talk anything more about my role or the film.”
Best wishes Ramya!
