Actor Vishal’s next big project directed by PS Mithran also starring Arjun and Samantha in lead roles is Irumbu Thirai. The first look and motion poster of the film have created a good buzz.

The latest is that, the Kerala distribution rights of Irumbu Thirai has been bought by Thameens Films’ Shibu Thameens who has earlier produced films like Irumugan and is currently funding Vikram’s  Saamy 2. Vishal’s tweet read, ‘#IrumbuThirai Kerala rights sold for a whopping price !!! God's own Country, Kerala's distribution rights of Vishal's New gen action Thriller, "Irumbuthirai" has been bought by @shibuthameens of Thameens Films. Irumbu Thirai is slated for a grand Pongal festival release.’
