VISHAL PROMISES 1 LAKH RUPEES TO ANYONE WHO..

Vishal, who attended the audio launch function of a Tamil movie titled Vilaiyattu Aarambam, wished the lead actor and the entire team best of luck for their venture. Apart from this, the actor, made a special announcement regarding a new development from the Producer Council. Vishal said:

"Anybody, who helps nab those who shoot the film in theatres with their mobile or just anybody who helps us file an FIR on those who are involved in the making and selling of Thiruttu VCD's will be rewarded 1 Lakh rupees from the Producer Council. This is a step we have taken to banish piracy and help foster Tamil cinema."
