THERI!!! ILAYATHALAPATHY GETS POLITICAL?

Few days back we had reported that Ilayathalapathy Vijay is apparently in talks with director Atlee to do a sequel of Theri after completing his next flick with director Bharathan.

Now the latest we hear is that Theri 2 might be a political subject. Vijay has acted in few films which has political connects but has not tried his hands on a full-fledged political satire. It must be noted that Shankar’s Mudhalvan was initially offered to Vijay but due to few reasons he couldn’t feature in it.

An official confirmation in this regard is awaited. Theri 2 is still in an infant stage and it is too early to comment anything more at this juncture. One can expect more details post Theri's release.
