Tamil film industry in particular has seen star kids taking up acting and now it’s time for Vijay's daughter to be a part of her dad's film. When it was earlier reported that actress Meena's daughter Nainika is playing Vijay’s kid, here comes the murmur that Vijay’s real-life daughter Divya will also get to be his child in Theri.
When Vijay has made it a point to not even disclose his daughter’s pictures in any form, this has come as a surprise to everybody. Though Vijay had his son Sanjay sharing the screen-space for a song in Vettaikaran, now giving his nod to include his daughter for a guest role in Theri shows the kind of character sketch Atlee has come up with. Sources also confirm that the father-daughter duo portions were shot in Ladakh and there is also a speculation that Divya Saasha is playing the grown-up version of Nainika.
If not for some level of speciality involved in adding great value to the narration, Vijay would have definitely not allowed his daughter to be a part of a film. With Vijay Sethupathi’s son doing a cameo in Naanum Rowdy Dhaan and Vikram’s son Dhruv planning for a launch, it’s time for the next generation to test the tide.
