In the serial, she plays a character named 'Mullai', who becomes a wife by fate to the character named, 'Kathir', which is being played by dancer, Kumaran.
Before this serial, Chithu contested with Kumaran in a reality dance show titled 'Jodi Fun Unlimited', on the same channel. She proved herself as a performer in the show after which she many opportunities came her way and one of such opportunities is the serial, 'Pandian Stores'.
