FIRST TIME AFTER A SUPERSTAR FILM

Sethupathi is an upcoming cop film starring Vijay Sethupathi and Remya Nambeesan in the lead roles. This film is all set to release on the 5th of February. Dinesh Krishnan takes care of the camera while Nivas K Prasanna heads the music department for this film directed by SU Arun Kumar, an acclaimed short film maker and the director of Pannaiyaarum Padminiyum.

Zeus Entertainment will apparently be releasing the film in overseas areas and they are planning to release Sethupathi in Japan as well. It must be noted that Superstar Rajinikanth has a huge fan craze in Japan as well and most of his films will generally release in Japan too.

When we contacted the distributors they said - “Yes the film will be released in Japan and this will be the first Tamil film apart from Rajini sir’s film to release in Japan.”
