VIJAY WILL NOT BE DOING THIS IN MERSAL - 5 YEAR OLD PRACTICE BREAKS!

In the recent past, Vijay has always been singing in his films, right from Thuppakki, till the recent film Bairavaa, and all those numbers have become chartbusters. 

However, our close sources now confirm that Thalapathy has not sung any number in his current film Mersal, which has music by A.R.Rahman. Everyone was curious to know if Vijay has sung a song in Mersal, continuing his 5-year-old practice, but now, it is most likely that he is not singing. G.V.Prakash Kumar, Kailash Kher, Shreya Ghoshal, Sid Sriram are few of the singers, who have been used in the film so far.

However, to please Vijay fans, will there be any chances of a bonus or a reprise song, crooned by Vijay, to be featured in the theatrical version of the movie, as like, how Rahman made STR sing Showkali song in AYM. We have to wait for the official update for more details as the audio launch is planned on August 20th.
