"I'M NOT GOING TO PRODUCE FILMS HEREAFTER!" - STRONG STATEMENT

Vijay Antony's cop film Thimiru Pudichavan directed by Ganeshaa which was planned for a Diwali release on the 6th of November as apparently been postponed now to the 16th of November. Shortage of theatres for a good release is said to be the reason.
 

Nivetha Pethuraj plays the female lead and she too dons the Khaki for this film. Sun TV has acquired the satellite rights for this movie which has music by Vijay Antony, cinematography by Richard M Nathan and is bankrolled by Vijay Antony Film Corporation.

Vijay Antony spoke in detail about the film. When asked about how he manages a lot of things like editing, acting, production, music, etc., he revealed that he is quitting production soon.

"Actually while working, I've never had any issues. While producing, there are release issues, loan problems, getting money from buyers, etc., were the other problems I faced. When I'm the creator, I'm good. 

In almost every other interview, I've been saying that I'll work on my acting. So, in order to focus on that too, I'm cutting down on multi tasking. I'm going to start distributing the responsibility to others. Thereby, the first thing I'm going to quit is production," said Vijay Antony.


While this has been a bold decision by Vijay Antony, we wish the team of Thimiru Pudichavan a successful run.
