POPULAR TAMIL ACTOR PASSES AWAY!

An unfortunate information reached us this morning which stated that veteran Tamil actor Vellai Subbiah is no more. Yes, the 'Alaigal Oivadhillai', 'Vaidhegi Kaathirundhal', and 'Karagattakaran' actor passed away yesterday (September 5) due to critical health issues, at Mettupalayam, Coimbatore. He was 74 when he breathed his last.

Vellai Subbiah's mortal remains is now placed at his residence for his family and relatives to pay their last respects. More details regarding the funeral is awaited.

Nadigar Sangam has issued an official statement, expressing their heartfelt condolences, adding that his demise is a big loss for the Tamil film industry.
