LEGENDARY ACTRESS COMES BACK AFTER 22 YEARS!

Veteran actress Kanchana, who is known for performances in films like Kadhalikka Neramillai, Adhe Kangal, Shanthi Nilayam and the likes is now apparently making her comeback to cinema after a 22-year long gap in the form of a Telugu film. Her last film was Neethiyaa Nyayamaa in 1994, which was a Tamil film starring Cho in the lead role.
 

It is said that Kanchana will be seen playing the role of an urban grandmother in Vijay Deverakonda-starrer, 'Arjun Reddy'. The film is directed by Sandeep Vanga, which also stars Jia Sharma, Sanjay Swaroop, and Gopinath Bhat. It is also reported that Vijay will be seen as a medical surgeon in the film. Sandeep Vanga believes that this role could only be performed by Kanchana, who carries immense experience with her.
