VADA CHENNAI - DAY 1 BOX OFFICE REPORT

After generating full houses in apparently all theaters across Chennai city on its opening day (17/10/2018), Dhanush's Vada Chennai is said to have collected around ₹88 lakhs according to Behindwoods box office analysis wing.

Vada Chennai has been released in almost all the single screens located in the Chennai region, even at multiplexes, the film was allocated a huge number of shows. Yesterday being a non-holiday, the film did not have special early morning shows in most of the screens in Chennai owing to the restricted 4 shows rule.

With today and tomorrow being holidays, Vada Chennai will be having special early morning shows but however, Vishal's Sandakozhi 2 has also released today which has occupied a few shows that Vada Chennai had on Wednesday.
