WHAT NEXT FROM PICHAIKAARAN DIRECTOR?

As reported earlier, Siddharth and G.V.Prakash will be coming together for a project produced by Sri Thenandal Films. This untitled project will be directed by Sasi who is fresh from a blockbuster outing Pichaikaaran.

The plot is said to revolve around a typical ‘maaman - machan’ relationship. Sources suggest that GV Prakash’s sister in the film will apparently marry Siddharth which will reportedly give rise to comic nuances between the two. The film is touted to be an out and out family entertainer.

When we checked why this project has not started yet, our sources said that after the success of Pichaikaaran in Tollywood, Sasi had made offers in Andhra and Telengana regions and due to Tamil artists call sheet issues, Sasi apparently had a timely plan to make a direct Telugu film first in the meantime.

But since nothing was firmed up, he is likely to direct this Tamil film starring GV Prakash and Siddharth . Around January 20th, this project is likely to start rolling.
