'CAN'T PROPERLY GET THROUGH A SONG WITHOUT WANTING TO CRY🙈'

Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha starrer 96 got released in theatres yesterday. The film has been enjoying a good buzz even before its release. Post-release some people claim it to be one of Trisha's best performances. Some rate this 'Janu' character more than 'Jessie' character that she played in Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaaya 8 years back.

Trisha thanked her fans via Twitter - "Thank you all for the phenomenal feedback and love pouring in continuously...I am so happy that you guys relate to and loved Jaanu in “96” This film was all about teamwork and we all put in whatever lil magic we have ever felt in the name of love ❤️"

She also tweeted a sweet message to music director Govind Vasanth who played a major role in the film's success - "Your music killllleddddd me from day 1 only 😢❤️ @govind_vasantha I still cant properly get through a song without wanting to cry🙈"
