Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsBollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan has taken to his social media recently to confirm that he has been injured after reports and pics of him did heavy rounds where it was stated that he was hospitalized in one of the top hospitals in Mumbai.
His father Amitabh Bachchan and sister Shweta Bachchan Nanda was spotted visiting the actor at the hospital on Raksha Bandhan day. Abhishek shared a pic of him with his arm in a sling. He managed to make the thumbs-up gesture through his plaster.
Sharing the pic, he revealed that he fractured his right hand, “Had a freak accident in Chennai on the set of my new film last Wednesday. Fractured my right hand. Needed surgery to fix it! So a quick trip back home to Mumbai. Surgery done, all patched-up and casted. And now back in Chennai to resume work. As they say... The show must go on! And as my father said.... Mard ko dard nahin hota! Ok, ok, ok it hurt a little. Thank you all for your wishes and get-well-soon messages.”
Meanwhile, he was said to be shooting for the Hindi remake of the critically acclaimed Tamil film, Oththa Seruppu Size 7 which was released in 2019. Written and directed by Parthiepan himself, the movie has only one character in it and revolves around the actor being a murder suspect and questioned by the police officers.
