Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu, who had also made his foray into Tamil cinema with the AR Murugadoss-directed action thriller Spyder, had launched the official trailer of 'Meeku Mathrame Cheptha', which marks the silverscreen debut of well-known smallscreen actress Vani Bhojan.
Not only that, Meeku Maathrame Cheptha is also actor Vijay Deverakonda's debut film as a producer. The actor has bankrolled this comedy flick under the banner King of the Hill Entertainment. After that, Vijay Deverakonda thanked Mahesh Babu for launching the trailer.
The film stars Tharun Bhascker Dhassyam in the lead while actors Abhinav Gomatam, Naveen George Thomas, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Vani Bhojan, Avantika Mishra and others play crucial supporting roles. Meeku Maathrame Cheptha is directed by debutant Shammeer Sultan.

On the technical front, the film is shot by Mathan Gunadeva while Sreejith Sarang handles the editing department. Vani Bhojan will also be seen in Ashok Selvan's Oh My Kadavule
