The film adaptation of legendary author Leo Tolstoy’s Anna Karenina is all set to release on the big screen in India. This version is supposed to be a Russian film that closely follows the text and is said to be naturally adapted from the iconic book that deals with Countess Anna Karenina.
It is being produced and directed by Oscar-nominated director Karen Shakhnazarov. This Russian film is to have a pan-Indian release on December 8. It is based on the novel and the memoir In the Japanese War and will be released in India by RG Studios. The makers strongly believe that this content-oriented International film will be well received by cinema-goers of India.
