Apart from being the Thala he is on screen, Ajith is known for juggling between some other interesting things off screen. 

This includes car and bike racing. But, this also includes being one of the best drone operators and aero-modelers in town. Recently, his drone team named Daksha created a record for flying continuously for over 6 hours.

Along with the students of Chennai's MIT, Thala has been actively involved in drone operations lately. After completing the shoot for Viswasam, Ajith returned to Chennai and immediately joined Team Daksha at MIT.
