Popular film exhibitor and President of Theatre Association Chennai, Abirami Ramanathan has announced that all the theatres across Tamil Nadu will open from tomorrow, March 23.

Speaking to the press, Abirami Ramanathan said that Tamil Nadu ministers Kadambur Raju and KC Veeramani have promised the theatre owners that all their demands would be fulfilled. Based on Government's assurance, we (Tamil Nadu theatre association) have now decided to play old Tamil films and other language films until TFPC allows new movies to release."
