In Tamil, she was last seen in Game Over in which she played a survivor of s*x abuse and won kudos for her effective and sensitive portrayal. She has been seen playing the lead in many movies bereft of a hero, thereby changing the dynamics that one needs a lead hero to be a draw at the box office.
