BREAKING: SURIYA’S KAAPPAAN LOCKS A NEW RELEASE DATE!

The film has Harris Jayaraj as the music composer and MS Prabhu as the cinematographer. The makers had released the teaser and songs of the film and have garnered loads of excitement for the film’s release.

It was earlier announced that the film was all set to hit the screens on August 30 on the same day when Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor’s Saaho announced their release. Meanwhile, it was later said that the Kaappaan’s release date has been pushed to September.

Our sources have confirmed that the makers have locked a new release date and the film is expected to hit the screens on September 20. It is for the third time that Suriya and director KV Anand are collaborating together for this project. However, an official announcement on the date is expected to be announced shortly.
