24'S BOX OFFICE VERDICT

Today, the 16th of May, Suriya's recently released science fiction entertainer 24 was given an above average tag in Behindwoods' Chennai city box-office report based on its first 2 weeks run.

The film met with mixed to positive reviews and has been doing reasonably well at the box office. 24's second weekend gross collection at the Chennai city box office is around 3.84 crores. The collection looks solid but given the budget involved, one must say the film needs a little more to be given a hit status.

So let's wait for another week to see if the film gets a hit upgrade or not.
