Apart from his films, Superstar Rajinikanth had hit the headlines yesterday on Tuesday all for the right reasons as he was shooting for an episode for of Man vs Wild along with Bear Grylls in Bandipur Tiger Reserve. While there were reports that the actor was injured during the shoot, Superstar himself has clarified about it.
Returning to Chennai after the shoot, according to ANI, Rainikanth told the reporters, “"I have finished shooting for the 'Man vs Wild' episode. I have not received any wounds but some scratches due to little thorns. I am alright."
For the unversed, Superstar is the second Indian personality after PM Narendra Modi and the first Indian actor to be featured on the Discovery Channel programme. The Prime Minister had appeared on the show in August 2019.
Meanwhile, on the work front, the actor is currently basking in the success of his recent release Darbar, directed by AR Murugadoss and is also engaged with his next project which has been tentatively titled as Thalaivar 168, directed by Siva.
