Directed by Cibi Chakravarthi Chakraborty, the film stars Sivakarthikeyan, Priyanka Arul Mohan, SJ Suryah, Samuthirakani and Soori in the lead roles. Composed by Anirudh Ravichandran, cinematography and editing are by KM Baskaran and Naguran respectively

Sivakarthikeyan plays a college student while SJ Suryah is seen as a college principal. Don has evolved into a film with an emphasis on comedy and romance. It is the story of a young man who aspires to be a film director. Produced by Lyca Productions and SK Productions, Netflix has acquired the OTT broadcasting rights.

The film was shot overseas by Prime Media (USA), York Cinema (Canada), Bolain Cinemas (UK and Europe), United India Exports (Gulf, Singapore and Sri Lanka), MKS Talkies (Australia and New Zealand) and DMOY (Malaysia). Published by Red Giant Movies in Tamil.

Superstar Rajinikanth, who watched the film, called actor Sivakarthikeyan and congratulated him on the film.

In it, he said, "Super super pa , Last 30mins I couldn't control my tears" and also wished director Cibi for the direction.

The 8th Behindwoods Gold Medals Awards will be held this year on May 21 and 22 at the Island Ground in Chennai Island from 6pm to 11.30pm. Ticket booking for this is currently underway.
