OFFICIAL: CLASSIC THROWBACK SERIALS ENJOY A DREAM RUN DURING LOCKDOWN | OLD IS GOLD

The Statistics released by Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) reveal that the throwback shows have shown a steady increase in their viewership base.Doordarshan's rerun of shows such as Byomkesh Bakshi, Shaktimaan and Shriman Shrimati have improved its viewership by a whopping 52 fold over the past week whilst Buniyaad and Dekh Bhai Dekh's viewerships have grown by 8 fold.

The results have also shown a spike in the viewership of the throwback shows introduced by Sun TV such as, Metti Oli and Thangam respectively.
