Today, SPB’s son SP Charan has given an update on the current health status of SPB. SP Charan, in his video statement, said “As of today, Dad’s health condition remains in the same state as yesterday. The doctors have stated that he is still critical.”

“There are a few rumours floating the web that Dad is off the ventilator and is on the road to recovery. Although we wish that is true, it is fake news. He is still on ventilator support and the medical team is closely examining his health.”

“We as a family would like to thank everyone for your continued support and prayers and wish that he is healthy and back to normal soon,” signed off Charan.

Various celebrities like Rajini, Kamal, IIayaraja and many others have shared their concern over SPB’s health and wished him for a speedy recovery.
