We had reported that actor Madhavan was set to play an important role in Rohit Shetty and Ranveer Singh’s Simmba but had to back out due to an injury. The latest reports from Bollywood suggest that popular actor Sonu Sood who is known for playing negative roles has been approached by team Simmba for a role. It could very well be possible that both of them were considered for the same role.

There have also been reports that suggest that Sonu Sood has joined the star cast of this flick. However, details about his character are still unknown. If these reports are to be believed, it will be Sonu Sood’s first association with both filmmaker Rohit Shetty as well as actor Ranveer Singh.
