Yes. The makers of the film 24AM Studios officially announced the full audio album release date with their tweet which stated “With all ur blessings #Remo Audio along with English version of Sirikkadhey 'COME CLOSER' will release on 5th Sep”

The songs composed by Anirudh, will be out on the 5th of September, while the film has been planned to hit the screens on 7th of October.
