Simbu’s AAA directed by Adhik Ravichandran is all set for tomorrow’s release. The film is produced by Michael Rayappan for Global Infotainment.
Ramesh of Saligramam had filed a case against Michael Rayappan in which he claimed that he was the one who arranged the star cast of the film and also finances for it. He alleged that a memorandum of understanding mentioned him as a co-producer and that he was entitled to 30% of the sale proceeds as remuneration. Since Rayappan went back on this, he had filed a case requesting to stay the release of the film.
When the case came for hearing, the counsel who was representing Rayappan stated that in view of the release of the film tomorrow, his client would submit a bank guarantee for the disputed amount of Rs 25 lakh. Therefore, the judge did not pass any order against the release of the film.
