There were rumours surfacing the social media that Actor Simbu will play the lead in director Ponram's next film. However our sources close to the actor and the director have clarified that the news is entirely false and the Simbu-Ponram film news is a baseless rumour.
Actor Simbu will next be seen in Mani Ratnam's Chekka Chivantha Vaanam and whereas Ponram is busy with the final touches of Sivakarthikeyan's Seema Raja.
