STR AT COIMBATORE POLICE STATION!

Simbu was caught in a turmoil of controversy in December 2015 when the Beep Song voiced by him got leaked. This led to multiple allegations against the actor and legal proceedings were initiated. The Madras High Court had ordered STR to surrender at a police station in Coimbatore before a particular date to facilitate an interrogatory session.

Reportedly, Simbu has appeared in Kattur Police Station in Coimbatore and has cooperated for an interrogatory session as ordered by the court. It must be noted that the Manmathan actor has been stating that the song was not meant for the public, instead it was an outcome of a fun jamming session amidst friends.
